House Rules & Guest Information

Welcome to The Jiwani, a sophisticated yet relaxed vacation home. We are delighted to welcome you and trust that you will enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. To ensure you have the best experience, please take a moment to read the following information. Have a wonderful stay at The Jiwani.

Villa Team

There are five staff members available to assist you during your stay:

• Budi – Villa Manager
• Ayu – Cook
• Edwin – Housekeeper
• Ketut – Gardener & Pool Attendant
• Komang – Security

House Rules

• The Jiwani is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors.
• Please take care of the villa and its contents. Guests will be charged for any damages caused during their stay.
• No large parties or loud gatherings are allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• No pets are allowed.

Food and Dining

• An Indonesian breakfast of mie goreng or nasi goreng, eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, and tea is included in your stay.
• Ayu can prepare Western and Indonesian lunch or dinner upon request at an additional cost. Please inform her one day in advance if you would like a meal prepared.
• The use of all facilities is at your own risk.

Sports and Wellness

• Swimming Pool: The 18×5 m infinity pool has a maximum depth of 2.5 m. There is no lifeguard on site. Please supervise children at all times and avoid rough play.
• Basketball Court: Guests are welcome to use the court. Please wear appropriate shoes—sports shoes or sneakers only. No high heels or black-soled shoes allowed.
• Pickleball: Available on the basketball court. Please ask the staff to set it up for you and follow the same shoe guidelines.
• Mountain Bikes: Two bikes are available for guest use. Please ask the staff for assistance.
• Yoga: A yoga instructor is available upon request at an additional cost. Two yoga mats are provided at the villa. Please arrange through the villa manager.
• Massage and Spa Services: In-villa treatments are available upon request at an additional cost. Please coordinate with the villa manager.

Parking

Parking is available on the premises for up to three cars.

Waste Disposal

Bins are provided around the villa. Please use them responsibly and help us keep the area clean.

Towels and Bed Linens

• Bed linens and bath towels are changed twice a week or as needed.
• Please hang towels on the rack if you plan to reuse them; towels left on the floor will be replaced.
• Pool towels are changed after daily use.
• If you prefer more frequent changes, please inform the villa manager.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM local time
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM local time
• Upon arrival, a copy of your passport is required for registration with local authorities.
• Travel time to Denpasar Airport is approximately 4 hours. Please plan accordingly (arrive 2 hours before international flights, 1 hour before domestic flights).

Entertainment

• Internet: 100 Mbps high-speed connection available for up to 12 devices.
• Television: 86-inch LG Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, and Disney+.

Electricity

Please turn off all lights and electrical appliances when not in use.
The Jiwani operates on solar energy during the day and switches to state electricity (PLN) at night.
